If you are travelling to the airport
Provide the pick-up address, airport and terminal, flight departure time and desired arrival time. Allow enough travel time based on your check-in plans. If the trip starts in the Moscow region or includes stops, list them in the request: they affect the route and the calculation of terms.
If you are met after arrival
Provide the airport, terminal, flight number, expected arrival time and final address. Agree separately on the meeting point and how to get in touch after landing. Do not assume that a name board, waiting time or flight tracking is included in every rate; these terms need confirmation when booking.
How to choose a vehicle class
Passenger and luggage counts are central to the choice. If there are many suitcases or a group is travelling, discuss a minivan.
